What's covered, what's not
Your monthly rate covers everything routine, handled remotely — system monitoring, patching, security response, day-to-day questions and small requests, backup checks, and reporting. Onsite visits, new equipment, network buildouts, migrations, or recovering from something like ransomware are scoped and billed separately, either hourly or as a project. We'll always tell you up front if something falls outside the plan.
Open-ended troubleshooting and diagnosis — work without a fixed scope — is billed at $100/hr. You'll get an estimate before anything starts.
