Pricing below covers our management and support; your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace license is billed separately by Microsoft or Google, and the per-user rate can vary depending on which plan you're on.

Custom pricing available for 25+ users. $225/month minimum (effectively 3 users on Standard) — smaller businesses are often better served by hourly support.

What's covered, what's not

Your monthly rate covers everything routine, handled remotely — system monitoring, patching, security response, day-to-day questions and small requests, backup checks, and reporting. Onsite visits, new equipment, network buildouts, migrations, or recovering from something like ransomware are scoped and billed separately, either hourly or as a project. We'll always tell you up front if something falls outside the plan.

Hourly Work — $100/hr

Open-ended troubleshooting and diagnosis — work without a fixed scope — is billed at $100/hr. You'll get an estimate before anything starts.
